Growing by changing My Habits

Becoming my best leaderly self, means I grow myself all the time. Here's where I need to grow.

I have a habit of play. I have a habit of getting things done, in a very haphazard, short burst, change focus kind of way. Squirrel! I seldom feel like I am actually accomplishing things well and play ends up feeling like guilty pleasure.

What if I linked the craving for play to the tasks I most need to accomplish? "Get these things done, then you can play. Guilt free." Sounds like a little kid, huh. I'm going to try it.
